Refund Policy
Our goal is to keep things simple and fair. Here’s how refunds work with AirClipboard.
1. Try Before You Buy
AirClipboard offers a free version and a 7-day trial to help users evaluate the app before purchasing a license. We strongly encourage you to try the app before completing your purchase.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are handled by our payment provider Paddle and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are typically available within 14 days of purchase, unless otherwise required by law.
3. When Refunds May Be Refused
Paddle may refuse a refund if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior. Refunds requested after 14 days may also be declined, except where legally obligated.
4. Sales Tax Refunds
If you were charged sales tax and are eligible for a refund (e.g., you have a valid tax registration), you may request a tax refund within 60 days of purchase. Proof of exemption may be required.
5. Technical Issues
If you're experiencing technical issues that prevent proper use of the app, please contact us. We’re happy to help resolve the problem or assist with a refund within the eligible timeframe.
