These Terms govern your use of the AirClipboard app, available exclusively for macOS, developed and operated by Ariel Marques.

1. App Usage

AirClipboard is a clipboard manager designed for macOS users. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
AirClipboard is compatible with macOS 13 (Ventura) and later. Older versions of macOS are not officially supported.

2. Product Versions

AirClipboard offers a free version with limited functionality (e.g., history limited to 3 items) and Pro versions available via one-time purchase or monthly subscription.
The current price for the Pro version is $14.99 USD (one-time license), covering up to 3 personal macOS devices.
Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

3. Licensing and Activation

Licenses are personal, tied to a unique email address, and are non-transferable. Activation occurs locally on your device without sending clipboard data externally.

4. Sales and Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for payment handling, billing, applicable taxes, and providing purchase receipts.

5. Payment, Taxes and Refunds

All payments for AirClipboard are securely processed through Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, or local equivalents) are calculated based on your billing location at the time of purchase.

By purchasing, you agree to receive all invoices and receipts electronically via email. Product pricing may change at any time without notice.

If technical issues prevent or delay delivery, your sole remedy is either a replacement of the product or a refund of the purchase price, at the discretion of Paddle.

Refunds are handled directly by Paddle and issued on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be denied in cases of fraud, refund abuse, or other suspicious behavior as determined by Paddle.

If you were charged sales tax and are eligible for a tax exemption in your jurisdiction, you may request a sales tax refund within 60 days of purchase by providing a valid tax registration number.

AirClipboard respects your privacy. No clipboard content or personal data is collected or transmitted to external servers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.
